but its theory. It sounds good but it doesn't incorporate the human desire to have more. I've said it many times before, I've always wanted to add performance mods to my n/a. This was a thirst I have had since I bought it, that was until, my first ride in a TT.If people were merely content with the power their car has, not many people would be modding their tt's. They do this beause they crave more boost. I understand that adding a sc to an n/a would increase the power, seemingly (with some numbers I've read) with a great deal of horsepower. We all understand that making the engine work harder decreases the engines life span, no matter how you take care of it. I would love to get my n/a in the higher power range, but if I have to drop a nice chunk of cash, and decrease the life span of the engine in the process, and not have the options to really add some more serious mods to it, before the engine needs to be rebuilt, then I can't see myself spending that kind of money on it. Unless I somehow win the lottery, but even then I would prefer to buy a TT. I guess the part that comes to my mind the most is, what can i do when 11psi just doesn't do it for me anymore. I more than likely would be back to the idea of a TT, or a TT swap, minus the couple grand I spent on the supercharger. I hope you see where I am getting at, this does not mean that I wouldn't be interested, I am just saying it would be a decision that would purely be based on cost.
